Mohammed Al-Ariqy to present at the 35th Annual Symposium on Arabic Linguistics
Mohammed Al-Ariqy, a PhD student, will be presenting at the 35th Annual Symposium on Arabic Linguistics (ASAL35). The symposium will be held at Georgetown University in Washington D.C. on March 25-March 27, 2022.
His abstract, titled "An Argument for the Rank-Ordered Model of Eval from Glottal Stop Deletion in Ta’izzi Yemeni Arabic", was chosen by the Arabic Linguistics Society (ALS) as one of four student abstracts to earn the best student abstract award for the ASAL35.
