Congratulations to Scott Jarvis on his recent publication of two articles and a book. The first article, titled “Communicative relevance: Color references in bilingual and trilingual speakers,” was co-authored with Aneta Pavlenko, Svitlana Melnyk, and Anastasia Sorokina, and was published in the journal Bilingualism: Language and Cognition in August. The second article, titled “Grounding lexical diversity in human judgments,” has just appeared in the October issue of the journal Language Testing. The book, titled “Crosslinguistic influence and distinctive patterns of language learning: Findings and insights from a learner corpus,” was co-edited with Anne Golden and Kari Tenfjord, and has an official launch date of September 30, 2017.
